At Aryan Yuva Foundation, we value and appreciate every contribution made towards our mission of social welfare. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of donors like you to carry out our programs in education, healthcare, youth empowerment, and social upliftment.

To maintain transparency and trust, we have outlined our Cancellation and Refund Policy below.

1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to Aryan Yuva Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed successfully, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

We urge all donors to thoroughly verify the amount and cause before making a contribution.

2. Error in Donation

In rare cases where:

  • A donation has been made by mistake
  • A duplicate transaction has occurred
  • The amount entered was incorrect

Please notify us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the request and may, at our discretion, process a refund after internal verification.

  • Contact Details
  • Transaction ID / Reference Number
  • Date and Amount of Donation
  • Reason for Refund Request

3. Transaction Failures

If your donation fails due to a technical error (e.g., payment not completed, server issue), and the amount is debited from your bank account, it is usually auto-refunded by your bank/payment gateway within 7–10 working days.

If the refund does not reflect in your account, kindly contact us with payment proof.

4. Donations via Third-Party Platforms

If you donated through a third-party fundraising platform or partner website, please refer to their respective refund and cancellation policies. Aryan Yuva Foundation is not liable for their terms and conditions.

5. Event Registrations or Merchandise (if applicable)

If you’ve registered for any fundraising event or purchased merchandise through our website:

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the event.
  • Refunds for event registration may be provided in exceptional cases, subject to internal approval.
