1. Delivery of Acknowledgements

  • All donors will receive an email confirmation and a digital receipt immediately upon successful donation.
  • If eligible, physical donation certificates or letters of appreciation may be dispatched via post within 7–14 business days, depending on the location and availability.
  • Tracking details (if applicable) will be shared via email/SMS.

2. Merchandise or Event Kit Shipping

If you’ve contributed to a campaign that includes merchandise (like T-shirts, badges, or kits for fundraising events):

  • Items will be shipped within 10–15 business days of receiving the donation, subject to stock availability.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
  • Shipping is currently available within India only, unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery Charges

  • For most donation-related merchandise or acknowledgments, no additional shipping charges are levied.
  • In rare cases where special shipping is involved (e.g., bulk merchandise or remote locations), charges may be communicated at the time of transaction or via follow-up email.

4. Delays or Issues

While we strive to fulfill all dispatches on time, there may be occasional delays due to:

  • Logistics or courier issues
  • Natural calamities or government restrictions
  • Inventory limitations during campaigns

In such cases, we will make every effort to inform you in advance and resolve the matter promptly.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email ID provided during donation or order placement are accurate and complete. Aryan Yuva Foundation will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.


6. No Commercial Shipping

As a nonprofit, we do not offer commercial product sales or bulk shipping services. All deliveries are limited to donor engagement, acknowledgments, and campaign-specific kits.
